All materials submitted to the Town constitute public records and are subject to disclosure pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law Article 6), except to the extent an applicable statutory exemption applies.
Applicants are cautioned not to include Social Security numbers, personal financial account numbers, or other sensitive information unless required by law or necessary for the Town’s review. Submission of materials to the Town constitutes acknowledgment that such materials may be publicly posted and disclosed in accordance with law.
